DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN USA:

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RECEIPT OF DOMESTIC ORDERS. WE SHIP VIA UPS OR USPS & WILL SEND TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN PACKED + LABELED.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED + YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ETA. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MAY ENCOUNTER CUSTOMS CHARGES & CLEARANCE DELAYS.

RETURNS:

RETURN ITEMS IN NEW  CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. EMAIL FOR RA NUMBER WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. GOODS MUST ARRIVE BACK TO OUR USA STUDIO WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF RA #. DAMAGED OR USED GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. CUSTOM ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WERE MADE TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICS. KINGSLEY IS A SMALL BUSINESS & SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED GOODS ARE NOT COVERED.

 

WARRANTY:

KINGSLEY TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY ITEMS. OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS, LESS THAN 1% OF ITEMS HAVE HAD MANUFACTURING ISSUES. THE ARTISANS WE WORK WITH HAVE SKILLS IN SPADES.. HOWEVER, INCASE OF AN ISSUE DEEMED TO BE CAUSED BY MANUFACTURING ERROR AT OUR WORKSHOP, KINGSLEY WILL HAPPILY COVER REPAIRS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF INITIAL RECEIPT OF GOODS & SHIPPING COSTS FOR SAID REPAIRS.
